Refund policy

We are proud of all of our products and we hope that you love them as much as we do! However, if goods are returned due to being faulty or you have received the wrong item (we do our best, but it happens), so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation. 

You, the consumer, are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (to not include orders that are to your personal specification). You, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and be unopened. If there is an issue with your coffee we'll do our best to rectify the error. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, please email hey@firstlightcoffee.co.uk to notify us of your return and mail your product to: First Light Coffee,  No.8, NP79LY

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
