IRON BRIW is a brand new coffee from First Light made specifically for endurance junkies!

This wonderful biodynamic coffee is packed full of goodness which will aid athletes who want to push hard and chase goals. Its high levels of vitamins and antioxidants will keep you fighting fit so that you can absorb high intensity training blocks.

With wonderful rich notes of honey, blackberry, and milk chocolate, plus a powerful blend of vitamins and antioxidants, it’s more than coffee—it’s fuel for greatness.

The coffee comes from a family run farm in Quellouno, La Convencion, Cusco at an altitude of 1950 metres above sea level. The farm is named after its location - "Chiriloma" which means "cold hill", as special coffee is known to grow in higher places in the mountains. The farm is located in a tropical forest, which makes it unique and away from other coffee farms.

The coffee is hand selected and harvested. The cherries are cleaned, floated, and fermented for several days at temperatures between 20 to 24 c°. The farm also uses their own coffee compost making sure the coffee stays clean and organic and packed full of wonderful goodness.
